Rawhide & Honey Ranch - Salome, AZ

2023

About Us

It all started when great-great-grandpa Charlie Sprague brought bees to Idaho by train in 1925. So while our Rawhide & Honey Ranch was established in 2023, we're proud to be the sixth generation in a long line of beekeepers.

We offer only the purest honey, foraged by our bees from natural nectar sources found in the Arizona desert and North Dakota's wildflower plains. You'll find no additives, corn syrup, or preservatives in our honey. It's a raw food freshly extracted from one of our many hives. We pledge clean, delicious honey, and meticulously care for the bees producing it.

We're also ranching beef from desert-grazing Corriente cattle. Let us know if you're interested!

The Bennetts are a family of five living in beautiful Salome, Arizona. Daniel and Hannah are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo of master beekeepers and cattle ranchers. Their bees are migratory, meaning they move with the family from their home in North Dakota to their ranch in Arizona and back again. Hannah and Daniel diligently pass on the knowledge and tradition of beekeeping to their three children. They are happy to share their knowledge - and the fruits of their labor - with you.
